In this video I want to tell my story of why I switched to High Fiber foods, how they are healthy for you and how they help you loose weight. (I wish someone would’ve have told me a long time ago that if I increased my fiber, I not only would loose weight but improve my health.)
I got very sick and my Dr. told me I had to eat high fiber if not I would have to have surgery and she said, “The choice is up to you!”
Change my diet was the answer.
I’ve been eating this way, I have noticed an improvement in my health, my lips changed from a wine color to pink, healthy lips. It has improved my digestion and I’ve lost almost 11 lbs in 3 weeks.
The reason I’ve lost weight quickly is because of my digestion and now that I’m regular I know it will more than likely slow down to maybe 1-2 lbs a week.
I explain what I’ve been eating, give examples and my exercise program and oh, yes, drink lots of water. Fiber needs water. I also explain how much fiber to eat.
I’ve included the pdf book: The Full Plate Diet along with their food count, showing you how much fiber foods and calories foods have. I also included a fiber chart/journal/diary page where you can track what you’re eating to make sure you are getting your targeted fiber.

That is because the body has found a schedule and that is what it expects.
