Ate 1 vitamin C dissolvable as a sweet – small bites guys!
LUNCH: Sourdough Crisp Breads by Petersyard x 2, Salmon Fillet,Mixed Salad, Avocado 1/3
SNACK: Chargrilled chicken snack with egg whites
ICED DRINK: Matcha Green Tea,Options Hot Chocolate & Chai seeds over the top blended with ice!
RANDOM: White potato (200g) before workout!
EVENING MEAL: Oats (35g dry) with 50g courgette, 2 egg whites, 0.2scoop protein, cinnamon spice (1tbsp) and 30g carb killa bar!
PUDDING!Options Hot Chocolate with HOT WATER this time 
