Its the second week of the medial weight loss program at Skinny Me Medical weight loss program and I lost another 4lbs.

The main difference I see is my metabolism has changed. Thats the key for women over 35!!!!!

I admit I did better this week, I exercised more, only cardio though, my nutrition was better and I increased my water intake.

I actually eat more than I did more, 6 times a day but my portions are smaller. The Phentermine hasn’t really affected my appetite though, and it hasn’t affected my skin at all.

The vitamin B shots increased my body temperature a bit, which probably made me normal, because I have a tendency to be colder than most.

For instance, an excess of fats and carbohydrates could lead to adding of too much weight, an excess of bad cholesterol may end up clogging your blood vessels, and excessive amounts of some micronutrients can cause toxicity and other adverse reactions. With that said, here are some of the guidelines for a healthy diet according to the World Health Organization (WHO).

Dinner – If you think you don’t have time to cook a healthy, delicious dinner, think again. Gather all the ingredients to make a healthy stew the night before, and toss them into a slow cooker before heading off to work. By the time you get home, you’ll have a healthy, delicious dinner waiting to be eaten.

I’m not saying this mixing thing is what you SHOULD do, I’m just saying it’s fun and you’ll be surprised at what you may find and how you start feeling.
