What’s up YouTube fam? Today I take my traditional Sunday hike and share with you in depth the symptoms I’ve been experiencing due to Vitamin D deficiency. I had no idea all of these things were happening to me because of this and I am glad I finally know now.

The exhaustion, inability to lose weight, body aches and mood swings are all because of lack of Vitamin D. I didn’t know what was happening to me and why and I am very glad and fortunate that I decided to get blood work done to check on any damage I’ve done to my body from alcohol abuse and poor diet. I would have never have known this without it.

Sorry this video was a little long but I wanted to get all of the details out there to share so that you knew what I am going through and perhaps you may be going through it too and not know you’re Vitamin D deficient. Stay tuned for updates on my health and thank you for watching.
