I provide information that I hope will be helpful in helping you find services for your love one(s). In 2015 my oldest son was diagnosed with Paranoid Schizophrenia. Along with Autism. My oldest son was diagnosed at a very young age as ” intellectually challenge”. My youngest son was diagnosed in 2014 as ADHD,Autistic,Reading Disorder.
When I first came on YouTube there wasn’t a great wealth of information to help me in the process of finding services for my special needs children. My mission is to tell my journey. I pray that I can be a comfort to you in letting you know that you are not alone in this journey. I have created a playlist that I believe that can help you with your journey. You know the saying “it takes a village to raise a child” And I want to be a help to as many people as I can.

Although “quick weight loss” is certainly possible (and many diet plans focus on this), it’s much more important that a diet plan be effective and healthy at the same time. You need a healthy diet plan if you want healthy weight loss. You won’t necessarily lose weight quickly, but you’ll get results that are lasting, and you won’t have unhealthy side effects.

Without a healthy life a person can develop many diseases that will not only decrease the life expectancy but will also make life painful and tough due to many diseases and conditions. Thus, it is beneficial to have a healthy body that is in the best shape.
Make sure that your total calories intake each day keeps lowering. Every system, including your immune system, requires a source of energy from nutrition. Livers no longer work properly to metabolize fat and breakdown toxins.
