The bad news is that most cereals in the grocery stores, including the ones in your pantry, are garbage! High sugar, too much corn and rice, and not enough protein and fiber. That’s a recipe for diabetes and for feeling hungry 1 hour later. You need to do some digging, bu there are many brands of healthy cereals out there that are loaded with whole grains, protein, and fiber, and have low to no sugar.
