Hey guys! Super weird looking meal prep with so many chia seeds, lol… but it actually turned out really good! This meal prep is great for keto or any weight loss journey because there’s tons of healthy fiber. I’m gonna try and use chia seeds more often because they don’t taste like anything so they’re easy to blend in.
