For instance, you can get a membership at one of your local gyms, buy workout DVDs to use at home, buy other exercise equipment, like a treadmill or a stair climber, or exercise for free with walking.

Work Out: One of the best things for a healthy diet is being active. The more you become active and the longer you do whatever it is you are doing, you can increase the intensity of the workout to reap the benefits even more. To start, it is recommended that you try and workout 30 minutes every day to maintain a healthy diet and stay fit.

The leaner you become, the longer it takes to lose fat healthily (the key, as you want to preserve as much muscle and strength as possible while losing fat).
