-3-4 stalks of celery
-1 cucumber (peeled if not organic)
– 3-4 leaves of kale
– 1 granny smith apple
– 2 kiwis
– 1-2 inch of ginger
– 1/2 lemon (if organic keep skin on)
*Optional: 1 capful of aloe vera juice per serving.
Serve chilled and consume asap for optimal benefits!
